Mrs Abisola Soneye is a Professional Accountant with over 10 years’ experience at Deloitte one of the top four accounting firms in the world with a successful track record of auditing and managing multi-million naira and complex industries in the Consumer Business, and Manufacturing Industries.She is an Accounting graduate of the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Her passion for touching the lives of the Less privileged and to create a well balanced community by positively contributing and improving the lives of the downtrodden led her to volunteer and subsequently join the Funda Wazi Foundation as a full time staff in September 2015 .She currently serves as the Coordinator of the foundation where she leads the Foundation’s management team in its day to day operations and reports directly to the Board of Trustees. She designs and ensures the implementation of the Foundation’s projects, develops and submits funding proposals to a diverse spectrum of donors amongst others duties.
She obtained a scholarship in April 2017 to study Social Sector Management at the prestigious Pan-Atlantic University Enterprise Development Centre an affiliate to the Lagos Business School Nigeria . She is currently a professional student of the Project Management Institute
She also volunteers with other NGO’S from time to time Rebirth Initiative and Hand of Hope from time to time. She is married to an Accountant with two lovely children.
