Teachers exploring through Mentorship (T.E.M) is an annual mentoring program where professionals (mentors) in the education sector act as role models and offer advice and guidance regarding education, knowledge, finance and skills for their mentees (teachers).
In Funda Wazi, we believe that Mentoring is a missing puzzle in the teaching profession in Nigerian Schools. Mentorship is an important mechanism for teachers to build a high-performing, competent career and also the longevity of the school is guaranteed by the quality of the teachers.
The Objective of the program is to support and guide teachers in their career, finance and other professional goals, create a plan towards achieving such and enhance teaching practice and student learning.
